Men’s Summer Small Group

All men are invited to join our summer small group at the church on Wednesday nights in June and July, starting June 3rd, from 6:30-8:15pm). (Please note that this group was originally scheduled to start June 10; it has been moved earlier by one week and now starts June 3. Thanks!)
There will be a women’s group starting up at the same time, so invite your significant other! Childcare is available, ages 0-11.
Let’s journey through the deep waters of God’s character and learn the difference between knowing about God and knowing Him. Based on the timeless themes of J.I. Packer’s book, Knowing God, we will tackle the big questions:
- The majesty of God: How big is the God you serve?
- The love and justice of God: What’s the balance between God’s holiness and grace?
- The fatherhood of God: What does it mean to be sons in God’s family?
Come as you are. We will study the Bible around these themes, engage in discussion, and enjoy fellowship with one another. No preparation is required!
Note: You do not need to purchase or read Packer’s book, but we will have some books available for purchase at a discounted price, if you would like.
